General terms and Conditions

The tenant should be at least 18 years.
The internal rules of the camp must be obeyed by the renter.

Concerning the Payment :

At Reservation
When you confirm your reservation you will have to pay a deposit of 25 % of the costs of accommodation with a minimum of 45 € or the total amount of your stay if the amount is less than 45 €, plus 6 € for booking fee.

Balance
The balance of rental and the chosen supplements should be paid 30 days prior to arrival

Conditions of your Stay :

All late arrivals must be notified. The director shall reserve the right to let the premises if notification has not been received within 24 hours of the anticipated arrival date (12.00 hr pm next day)

Campsite
Arrival : after 14.00 p.m. Departure : before 12.00 p.m. If you leave after 12.00, an extra night can be charged.
Earlier departure : the first 2 nights are not paid back.
From the 3rd night only : Refund of 30 % of the unused stay, not included the first 2 nights

Rental :
Arrival : after 15.00 pm. Departure : before 10.00 pm.
Upon arrival the renter will have to pay a deposit of 150 €. This will be given back when you leave and everything is in order.
The renter has 24 hours to declare incomplete inventory or any other fault in the rental.
No refund will be given for late arrival or early departure.
Only one small pet is accepted in the accommodation with a supplement on charge.
Cleaning at departure : If the rented accommodation has not been left properly, cleaning costs will be charged.
These costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation terms and Conditions :
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
If the cancellation of a stay occurs more than 45 days prior to the arrival date, 10 % of the rental shall be due.
If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 44 days prior to the arrival date, 25 % of the rental shall be due.
If the cancellation occurs between 15 and 29 days prior to the arrival date, 50 % of the rental shall be due.
If the cancellation occurs between 8 and 14 days prior to the arrival date, 75 % of the rental shall be due.
If the cancellation occurs less than 8 days prior to the arrival date, the rental shall be due in full.
