Kelavis : customer reviews directly on the campsite!
Since the 2017 season, the Anse du Brick is equipped with a new customer review collection app named Kelavis.
It gathers review of customers during or at the end of their stay. A touchpad is available at the reception where campers can evaluate the campsite on specific criteria (cleanliness, leisure, restaurant …) and leave a comment. The procedure is very fast, in only 3 minutes you can leave your impressions.
A client satisfaction survey after your stay
We also carry out a satisfaction survey after your stay.
At the end of each stay, a questionnaire is sent by email to collect your testimonial. It lets us know if your stay reached your expectations. Thus, our campers rate us on several criteria such as the quality of the welcome, the quality of information about the campsite, our attention to your requests …
Thanks to many reviews collected, we can see that our efforts have borne fruit:
